You can now use your existing Gmail account for online loading.  First, follow instructions below on how to activate your Gmail account. After activation, you can now use either of the following ways to load, instructions of which are written below:

1.  Via Google Talk (requires download).

2.  Via Google Mail chat feature.

3.  Via Google+ chat feature.

4.  Any third party desktop chat client or web-based chat that allows you to sign in using your Gmail account.

If you don't have Gmail account yet, you can sign up here (https://accounts.google.com/SignUp?service=mail)

1. Send HELP message with your registered name, address and Gmail account to our helpdesk using your registered mobile number.

Example: 

HELP paki-add Gmail account ko for online loading. Ako si Juan dela Cruz, taga-Quezon City. Ang Gmail account ko ay juandelacruz@gmail.com.

2. Helpdesk will send you a confirmation code and asks you to reply back the same code for final confirmation.

Example: 

HELP 123456

3. Once confirmation code is received, helpdesk will ask our technical team to link your Gmail account to your registered mobile number.

4. You will receive a notification when you login to your Google Talk chat client, Google Mail or Google Plus that Ebiz Upnorth wants to add you as a friend. Click accept to start using your Gmail account for online loading. 

Note: Please allow 24 hours for your Gmail account to get activated for online loading.

1. Download and install Google Talk software at Google's website here (http://www.google.com/talk/index.html) if you haven't done so.

2. Sign in with your Gmail account username and password.

3. Click on Ebiz Upnorth from your friends list to open a chat window.

4. Type directly into the box to send eBiz commands. Ebiz Upnorth will reply back into your chat window.

5. Use the same commands you are using with your mobile phone.

2. Click on Ebiz Upnorth from your Quick Contacts box along the left of your screen to start a chat session. 

3. Type directly into the chat session that will show up on the bottom right corner. 

4. Use the same commands you are using with your mobile phone.
